Brian has had 15 years of motorcross racing, dabbled at road racing and competed for 3 years in cart racing. Sean has no previous motor sport experience and has a history of athletics, principally running mid to long distances.

Both Sean and Brian are out cycling 2 - 3 times per week in an effort to keep reasonably fit. Brian's interest started when on moving to the South coast 2 years ago, and buying a Cougar 8.5 m RIB, he became aware of the Honda series which utilises essentially the same hull as his RIB, watched the Season review videos and, in the absence of his motorcycle racing, Brian saw this as an opportunity to combine his love of the water and racing together.

Having suggested the idea to Sean, and his response being one of total enthusiasm, they committed to doing the series. Their hopes as rookies are to hopefully not come last!
